Thank you very much for sharing with the NAVFAC organization. As an Employee Development Program cadre, I was blessed to sit in on the presentation you delivered based on your book, Leading Leaders. I had many takeaways from your presentation, through content, the effectiveness of your slide show, and also of your speaking skills. Of the content, I most valued the bricks of leadership you discussed: Integrity, respect, ethics, teamwork, and little things do matter. I would like to add, and think you might agree, that this building of leadership is most resilient when built upon the foundation of God and through serving Him instead of our own desires. Thank you again for sharing with NAVFAC.
